FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING TO THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES (48 states only ).
Cost of shipping is based on the weight of the item(s) and the destination. Our items weigh between 3 and 5 lbs. each.
Actual shipping rates are shown prior to placement of order (just after you enter your shipping location information)
Items are shipped Monday through Friday.

All non personalized orders ship within one to two business days.
GUARANTEE/ RETURNS
PERSONALIZED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
All non personalized items* carry a 30-day money-back guarantee from time of order as long as item has not been used or laundered and is returned in its original package.
TO RETURN an item, just call 732-826-2269 between 9 am and 5 pm Eastern Standard Time or email us at the email listed bellow. We will then issue you an RA number and provide you with shipping instructions. As soon as we recieve the item we will issue you a credit card refund.
PLEASE NOTE HOWEVER, - If item was shipped free UPS Ground, you will be credited the cost of the item MINUS a $7.00 restocking fee PER ITEM.
