To assure that your item will arrive by the 24th of December please follow these guidelines.
DEC 16 (12 noon EST)- Last Day for Personalization
DEC 18 (12 noon EST) - Last Day for free Ground to West of the Mississippi
DEC 21 (12 noon EST) - Last Day for free Ground to East of the Mississippi
AFTER DEC 21 (12 noon EST) - Orders must ship Next Day
Shipping closed 12 noon EST Dec 23 through Jan 4th.
FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING TO THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES (48 states only ).
Cost of shipping is based on the weight of the item(s) and the destination. Our items weigh between 3 and 5 lbs. each.

To return or exchange an item, email us at service@cottonpalace.com. We will then issue you an RA number and provide you with shipping instructions. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A FEE for returning or exchanging.
RETURN FEE - If item was shipped free UPS Ground, you will be credited the cost of the item MINUS a $7.00 restocking fee per item.
EXCHANGE FEE - There is a $5.00 shipping fee per item for all exchanges.
CANCEL AN ORDER
To cancel an order you must contact us immediately. Orders are usually processed at 12 Noon EST. Once an order has shipped or is monogrammed, we cannot cancel it.
